Kaleidoscope Exhibit at the Cary Town Center

This year for the Kaleidoscope Exhibit at the Cary Town Center we decided to try something a little different. Each year the show provides 12 panels for Apex to hang art. We decided to use six of those panels for an installation.

Each class participated in an origami lesson and each student folded a butterfly. We collected all the butterflies and made them part of the display. The first panel has only one butterfly and then each consecutive panel adds more and more butterflies.

The other six panels contain the art work of Apex students. There will be a reception on Wednesday, April 16th at 6:00 p.m. for all artists, families and teachers. It will be near the entrance to Dave and Buster's.
