Keith Haring's Birthday

Today is Keith Haring’s birthday. Keith and I both went to the School of Visual Arts in NYC. I use to go to his shows when I lived in NY and even shopped at the Pop Shop.

The best part is, I lined up my Art History lesson plans so that this week we studied Pop Art and today, we studied Keith Haring. How exciting, yes I know.

What is even better is that we had two birthday cakes. One during Art History and one during Ar One!
